We are located at 441 East 9th Street (between Avenue A and 1st Avenue), NYC.
Is everything gluten-free?
Yes, we are a dedicated gluten-free bakery. All pre-packaged items and beverages are gluten-free as well.
How are your desserts sweetened?
We only use natural, low-glycemic sweeteners – mostly organic coconut palm sugar. Some items are sweetened with agave nectar, apple puree, and maple syrup. We do not make or sell any products containing refined sugar or artificial sweeteners. Full ingredients are listed under each item on our website.
Do your products contain soy?
No, our entire menu is free of soy.
Do your products contain peanuts?
No, our entire menu is peanut-free.
Are your products nut-free?
Nuts are used extensively in our kitchen. While some items do not contain nuts, we cannot guarantee a nut-free product. If there are nut allergy or sensitivity concerns, we recommend avoiding our products.
Do you offer beverages in-store?
Our in-store menu includes Panamanian coffee, spring water, cacao water, kombucha, Renude® Chagaccino, golden milk, and espresso-based drinks. Our house coffee is grown and roasted by Finca Don Vicente in Chiriquí, Panama.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes! We offer online gift cards (valid for use only on elisaslovebites.com), as well as physical gift cards for in-store purchases, starting at $10.00.
Do you make birthday or special event cakes?
Yes! Cakes and pies are made-to-order and require 48-hours’ notice (if you need it sooner, you may contact us to check availability). For custom order requests, please contact us for a personalized quote. Customization and add-ons are available at the chef’s discretion and may incur additional fees.
Do you offer event catering?

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for business customers. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request our wholesale price list and terms.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us for assistance.
Do you donate products?
We donate unsold items to local residents experiencing food insecurity through our partnership with Rescuing Leftover Cuisine, a 501(c)(3) organization committed to fighting hunger and food waste. We also routinely support various community and nonprofit organizations.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer local delivery in Manhattan. On-demand delivery is available within a 1-mile radius of our shop and delivery of advance orders is available in Manhattan, below 97th Street. For deliveries to areas outside of our delivery zones, please contact us for a custom quote.
Can I place orders for pick-up?
Yes, you may place on-demand orders for immediate pick-up or advance orders for future dates. Advance orders require 48-hours’ notice to guarantee availability. Pick-up is available during store hours only.
Do you ship?
Yes, a selection of our items is available for nationwide shipping, with an ETA of 1-3 business days. Visit our Nationwide Shipping page to shop! Due to the perishable nature of our items, to ensure safe transit, we do not process shipping orders on weekends.
Can I include a gift message with my online order?
Yes! Simply enter your message in the “Special Instructions” box at checkout.
